If you go for the surprise menu, you will slowly discover the underlying theme and the creative vein of this kitchen; if you prefer eating à la carte, the menu ranges from broccoli soufflé to green asparagus orzotto (barley risotto), marinaded wild boar leg and carne salada (salted meat). A good choice of desserts, for a happy end to the meal. Also quite good is the wine list.
