This original building, which we inherited from the past, has now become a characteristic restaurant, with remarkable historical and gastronomic connotations. The excellent setting - we shall just mention the three dining rooms carved into the rock - is a plus for the restaurant prestige and flavours the tasting of dishes inspired by Trentino and Veneto traditions. An excellent combination, to best satisfy the customer.
And so we have a parade of dishes with influences from both regions, the classic risi e bisi (rice and green peas), the delicate trout fillet in puff pastry, the traditional fry "scartosso" (parcel) with polenta. The house desserts are a happy end to the meal; and the wine cellar is constantly evolving.
